Custom Loyalty Program

Sundrop Mobile Loyalty is a customer loyalty program that uses your customers’ mobile number as a replacement for plastic loyalty cards. During checkout, customers provide their mobile number or email address to the clerk who enters it into the Point of Sale terminal (a self-registration kiosk option is also available).

This program immediately texts the customers requesting an email address. Responding customers are asked via email to complete a short survey online which is immediately sent back to the merchant. During the survey process, customers complete full registration by providing their name, address, birthday, anniversary, and connecting to the merchants through social media.

With this program, the merchant's only responsibility is to collect customers’ mobile numbers at the checkout queue, so it's fast enough for Quick Service Restaurants to use!

The Difference Between "Like" and "Connect"

Connect

When a customer connects with you via the Sundrop Mobile Loyalty Facebook application, it allows automated messages related to their visits and progress through your loyalty program to be posted via their news feeds. These posts can be seen by their friends.

Like

Like pages allow you to interact with your customers after they press the "like" button in Facebook. When a "Like" page is created, you are allowing your fans to join your Facebook member page. "Like" pages look and behave much like a user's personal private profile. The users that "like" you will see your posts in their news feed.
